Carpet Cleaning Yarrabilba From Just $99
Yarrabilba homes are new, but the carpets take a beating. Between the red clay dust from nearby construction sites, kids running in from the park and pets who think the lounge room is theirs, it doesn’t take long for light-coloured carpet to start looking tired.
We’re based in Holmview, about fifteen minutes up the road, so Yarrabilba is genuinely local for us. Not a suburb we drive out to when we’re quiet — a suburb we’re in most weeks.
Prices start at $99, and the number we quote is the number you pay.
Why Yarrabilba carpets get dirty faster than most
Most of the estate was built from 2013 onwards, which means two things.
First, almost every home is slab-on-ground with wall-to-wall carpet in the bedrooms and living areas. Dirt doesn’t sit on the surface — it works its way down into the underlay where a vacuum can’t reach it. By the time the carpet looks grubby, there’s usually a lot more in there than you’d think.
Second, the estate is still growing. Every new build sends fine clay dust across the neighbourhood, and it comes inside on shoes and paws. It’s the single most common thing we pull out of carpets in Yarrabilba, Logan Village and Buccan.
Add Queensland’s humidity to that and you get the other problem: moisture that never quite dries out. That’s how carpets start to smell musty, and it’s why a proper hot water extraction with strong suction matters more here than in a drier climate.
What’s included in a clean
Every job follows the same process, whether it’s one bedroom or a whole house.
- Pre-inspection. We walk the property with you, check the carpet type and point out anything that might not lift. No surprises later.
- Vacuum and pre-spray. Dry soil comes out first. Then a pre-treatment goes down to loosen what’s bonded to the fibres.
- Agitation. High-traffic areas get worked over so the solution reaches the base of the pile, not just the top.
- Hot water extraction. Truck-strength equipment flushes out the dirt and pulls the moisture straight back out with it.
- Grooming and drying. We reset the pile and set up airflow so you’re walking on it again in two to three hours, not the next day.
If there are stains that need extra work — and in a suburb this full of young families and dogs, there usually are — our pet stain and odour removal treatment goes after the source in the underlay rather than just masking the smell on top.
Bond cleans and rental properties
A good chunk of Yarrabilba is tenanted, and property managers here are strict about carpet condition at the end of a lease.
We do bond-clean carpets most weeks across the 4207 postcode and we know what agents look for. You’ll get a written receipt on the day showing exactly what was cleaned, which is usually all the agent needs to sign off.
If your inspection is booked, tell us the date. We’ll work around it.
Pricing
Carpet cleaning starts at $99. What you pay depends on how many rooms you need done, the condition of the carpet and whether stain treatment is involved.
We quote before we start. There’s no call-out fee, no charge for moving light furniture, and no fine print that turns $99 into $240 once we’re in the driveway.
Ring us with your room count and we’ll give you a real number over the phone.
Other services we bring to Yarrabilba
Most customers book more than one thing while we’re on site, which saves a second trip and usually a bit of money.
- Upholstery cleaning — lounges, dining chairs and fabric bed heads
- Mattress cleaning — worth doing if anyone in the house has allergies
- Tile and grout cleaning — for the open-plan living areas most homes here have
- Rug cleaning — wool, synthetic and delicate rugs
- Pest control — new estates back onto bushland, and spiders and ants find their way in
We also cover the surrounding suburbs, including Logan Reserve and Loganholme.
Why Yarrabilba residents book us
We’ve been doing this for ten years across Logan, Brisbane and the northern Gold Coast, and we hold a 4.9-star rating from more than 170 Google reviews.
The products we use are eco-friendly and safe around kids and pets — important when your toddler is on that carpet an hour after we leave. Our technicians are Australian licensed and fully insured. And if you’re not happy with a result, we come back and redo it at no charge.
We’re open seven days.
Frequently asked questions
- Are the products safe for pets?
Yes. Everything we use is eco-friendly and non-toxic. We do suggest keeping pets and small children off the carpet until it’s fully dry.
- How often should carpets be cleaned?
Every twelve months for an average household. Every six if you have pets, kids or anyone with asthma. Regular cleaning also makes the carpet last longer, which is cheaper than replacing it.
- Will old stains come out?
Most will. Some — bleach marks, dye transfer, damage that’s gone through to the backing — are permanent no matter who cleans them. We’ll tell you honestly during the walk-through instead of promising something we can’t deliver.
- Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of our customers leave a key or a lockbox code, especially for bond cleans. If you’d rather be there and watch the process, that’s fine too.
- How long does it take to dry?
Two to three hours in most cases. Thick or wool carpet can take a little longer, and humid days add time. We’ll set up airflow before we leave to speed it along.
